Would you like to let go of inner pressure and just be - far away from everyday worries?
Treat yourself to this weekend retreat in the mountains of Obwalden to reconnect with yourself and nature and find out what you really need at the moment - without perfection. Just take a breath, hit the reset button and let the pressure fall off you.
Your reset program: Yoga, hikes, mindfulness & coaching in nature.
We start the day refreshed with yoga asanas, breathing exercises and meditation in the fresh mountain air. During the Saturday hike (all levels, and on a mindful slower rhythm) we dive with all our senses into the world of nature and our inner world and find ourselves again through mindfulness and coaching exercises. On Sunday morning we will continue our reconnection and slowing down journey on a short meditative and sensory immersion walk. In the evenings you can rediscover your joy while singing and relax through guided meditation and yoga. You will be pampered with simple, natural & vegetarian meals.

The various tools and sessions of this retreat will help you step out of the hamster wheel for once. You are probably always working through your to do lists and there never seem to be enough hours in the day to find time for yourself. Your hamster wheel is spinning so fast at times that you are or have been close to burnout. Maybe you are a bit unsure what your next steps should be. Deep down you know that you could live your life differently. You know there is more to life. Allow yourself to zoom out and to take time to reflect to bring more presence and joy back into your life.
The goal of this retreat is a time out, but also an opportunity for you to really make a long term change in your life. This is your chance to bring more self-acceptance and peace into your everyday life and finally escape that "never enough wheel". We are looking forward to this nature adventure together!
the Location
the Zentrum Ranft is a peaceful seminar center in Central Switzerland with views on the surrounding mountains and the lake Sarnersee.
The accommodation is very simple and down-to-earth and allows you to disconnect from overwhelm to reconnect to simplicity. You can choose between single rooms and double rooms as well as shared or private bathrooms.
The seminar house is located in Flüeli Ranft - an area that has already for a long time been recognized as a sanitarium. The center Ranft aims at improving communication and promoting peace through holistic offers such as courses, retreats, a lifestyle close to nature and ecological living.

Your reconnect investment
1) Course Price: The course price is 400 CHF and is to be payed directly to the retreat organizer. This payment also serves as a reservation for your spot.
Included: Transportation and all weekend activites & materials
2) Accommodation, Food & Kurtaxe:
You can choose between single and double rooms and rooms with shared or private bathrooms. The rooms are called lake view and mountain view (but it doesn’t necesserily mean that you will have lake view, it is just the name of the different houses). This amount is to be payed directly at the Zentrum Ranft on arrival or departure day by card or in cash. If you have any food intolerances, the center is usually able to cater for that (they do charge a bit extra)
shared bathrooms (very simple house):
single occupation of double room - mountain view: 290 CHF
twin room - mountain view: 250 CHF
private bathrooms (a little bit more modern):
single occupation of double room - lake view: 340 CHF
twin room - lake view: 300 CHF

The retreat program starts at 18:00, but if you would like to you can also come earlier and already go for a hike or relax before the start of the program). Check-in is available from 15:00 on, but you can also drop off your luggage before that.

Austausch & Selbstreflektion
Das Yogaretreat bereits ab der Anmeldung bis nach dem Retreat sehr angenehm und persönlich. Selin ist jederzeit auf uns und unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen.
Von Atemübungen, Meditationen und ruhigen Yogasessions bis zu knackigen Yogaflows und wunderschönen Wanderungen, war alles mit dabei. Die Auseinandersetzung mit mir selber und der Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden waren sehr bereichernd. Die Stimmung war während des ganzen Retreats sehr positiv.

Anregung wieder zum Wesentlichen zurück zu kommen
Eine tolle Mischung aus Yoga, Bewegung (Wanderungen), Bewusstseinsübungen und tollen Gesprächen. Sehr entschleunigend, und ein guter Start, sich wieder auf das Wesentliche und Wichtigste für sich konzentrieren zu können.

Felt relaxed, happy & full of energy
My Yoga & Hike weekend with Selin was amazing. I especially loved our early morning Yoga-sessions, the mindfulness practice during the hikes and just having time to think about what is important and meaningful to me in life. After the weekend I felt totally relaxed, happy and full of energy to implement my personal insights. Till now - six weeks later - I do my new „Happy Habits“, which help me to connect with myself and to stay in balance.
