In this Yoga & Breathwork Retreat we invite you on a journey of zooming out of your everyday life stressors that make you breath in a shallow way to zoom into your inner world and into a deeper way of breathing.
In our busy world and schedules, it is so easy to have our focus on the outside and to constantly be on the run. There is always another level, a better job, a more perfect version of ourselves. Rarely do we allow ourselves to pause and to truly exhale.
Through different activities during this retreat weekend, you get to create room for that deep EXHALE to invite in self-reflection, relaxation and self-acceptance. You can come wherever you are in life and we will hold the space for you to process, look within and access more spaciousness within.
The main focus of this retreat lies on the BREATH - this energizing or calming tool that is always available to you. You get to learn different breathing techniques that help you up- or downregulate. So that you not only return home with newly gained relaxation and energy, but also feel more equipped to tackle life’s everyday challenges.
Your travel destination
You will travel to the calm and sunny village of Chemin Dessus. The Hotel Beau-Site has beautiful views on the surrounding mountains and the peaceful nature invites you to relax & re-charge. The charmingly decorated house with it’s caring host Carole is a true oasis of warm-heartedness. From the yoga room with its beautiful wooden floor, you get to look out into a web of majestic Lerchen trees.
The buffets at the Pension Beau-Site are incredibly colorful, healthy & the most delicious plant-based food I have ever tasted.
Your “Exhale” activities

In the morning you get to practice yoga including meditation and pranayama - allowing you to reconnect to your body, breath and soul. In the afternoon you will have plenty of free time to unwind or join us for forest bathing in the nearby Lerchen. In the late afternoon and evening you will be guided through either a connected breathing class or a yoga nidra and afterwards you will be spoiled by a delicious as well as nourishing dinner.

Anita Jetzer - Breathwork Coach, Health Coach & Yoga Teacher
Anita‘s credo is that we think, feel, and act as we breathe. She is a certified Breath Coach, Clarity Breathwork Facilitator (conscious connected breathwork), Hatha Yoga Teacher (500 RYT), and Holistic Health Coach.
Conscious breathing is part of Anita‘s daily practice. It has been an im- portant contribution for her journey from former asthmatic to yoga teacher and surfer. Integrity in all things is one of her most important life values, which makes a healthy and balanced lifestyle a must.
Over the years, she has had the pleasure of seeing many clients heal, grow, and transform. This has allowed her to continue honing her indivi- dual teaching style as her experience grows.
In addition to teaching breathwork and yoga, Anita works as a holistic health coach. A holistic lifestyle sees the health of the body, mind, and spirit as connected. Anita enthusiastically shares tools and knowledge to enhance her client’s overall well-being and vitality..

Selin Leuch - Retreat Organizer, Yoga teacher, Hypnotherapist & Nature Lover
In March 2020, Selin's path of seeking brought her to a yoga teacher training in India. She had been practicing yoga and meditation on and off since 2015 and loved the calming effect it had on her mind. During that program, she realized that she had only ever touched the surface.
By peeling off layer after layer of expectations, perfection, doubts, ego, and numbing; she was able to go much deeper. What she found was the enough-ness and acceptance she always tried to find on the outside. What she found was more clarity and real freedom to just be – to be the whole of herself.
Her journey was also to move from the head to the heart, from the masculine to the feminine, which is why she is excited to co-create this transformative space for you!
