This retreat is an invitation to deeply connect to yourself and nature. Connect to your body and move it through outdoor yoga sessions. Connect to your mind and free it through meditation and mindfulness practices. Connect to the forest and the mountains by bathing your senses in the beauty of nature. Connect to other co-travellers on a deep level. Connect to your inner joy through chanting around the fire.

We invite you to disconnect to reconnect. Disconnect from your electrical devices and reconnect to your natural rhythm of lie. Disconnect from google to reconnect to your inner knowing. Disconnect from external pressure and influences to reconnect to your inner compass.
nature & you as your greatest teachers
I believe that nature can be a phenomenal teacher to show us how to live our lives with all its sensations and waves well. And I also believe that you know best what works for you. If you allow the constant noise and outside influences to quiet down, all of sudden you feel that guidance within you. All of a sudden you find that trust in life and yourself again. And with that trust comes the knowing that all is well, that you are good enough and that everything will always be ok.
Your nature immersion package

2 nights accommodation in a secluded house on the mountain where you can enjoy total silence and star-gazing

around 12:00: meeting at the train station Saanenmöser
12:15: starting our hike to our accommodation (around 1:30), depositing the bags & continuing our hike around the area
16:00 snacks
16:30 outdoor yoga session
18:30 dinner & relaxation time
Sunday
07:45: morning yoga & meditation
09:30: brunch
10:30: start of mindfulness hike around Rinderberg
13:00 lunch in nature
16:00: time for yourself to read, relax & rejoice
18:30: dinner
19:30: singing & guided meditations around the fire
Monday
07:45: morning outdoor yoga

possibility to park car at car park Saanersloch nearby the train station Saanenmöser
We have a private house (Lochstafel) which lies secluded in the Saanenwald area. Up on the moutain, surrrounded by forest & nature you get to relax to re-connect.

Bright, inspiring, plant-focussed food which layers flavours, textures and colours, taking influences from Middle Eastern, Asian and European cooking.
Meet your Private Chef - Skye Saker:
I'm from Bath in the UK originally and now live in beautiful Interlaken, Switzerland with my husband and daughter. Being a bit of a nomad in my 20’s, I have cooked around Europe as a private chef on yachts, in villas, for yoga retreats, cycling camps, ski holidays and private events.
It took me until 25 to understand the beauty in cooking. But once I started, I couldn’t stop!
Simply put, I love food and the process of research and development that comes even before cooking is what I spend much of my waking day doing. I cook and create everyday. I develop dishes and meals everyday.
I am a big fan of mingling foods from different countries together on a plate and building dishes which are full of colour, textures and flavours. I am also very keen sourdough baker, and love cakes and desserts.
